Roles and Responsibilities
- Full cycle RPO recruiting for KellyOCG clients.
- Managing client relationships, including face-to-face client interactions.
- Sourcing and attracting passive talent.
- Leading and successfully running the entire recruiting process, including requirement management with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Hiring Managers.
- Managing a high-volume requisition load effectively and successfully.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Must have RPO recruiting experience.
- Attention to detail and time management to ensure thoroughness and meeting deadlines.
- Experience with a wide range of Applicant Tracking Systems & proficient experience working in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Seeking a minimum of 2 + years of high-volume recruiting experience with proficiency using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office.
Pay
The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location. $51,300 – $85,500
