RPC SORTER

About the role

You’ll get to hand sort a container weighing about 10 ounces that issued to ship produce, eggs, meat, and other goods onto pallets for manufacturers. This is a vital role for our sites to ensure we maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy of performance!

Responsibilities

• Hand stack RPC’s on pallets to appropriate height, following inventory control instructions
• Examine products for quality standards
• Ensure all trash and debris is removed prior to returning to customer
• Wrap sorted pallets and secure for shipment
• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the storage facility
• Accurately complete all paperwork to track daily progress
• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly

Requirements

• High school degree or GED required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills needed
• Ability to work overtime when needed
