Responsibilities
- Hand sort containers weighing about 10 ounces for shipping produce, eggs, meat, and other goods onto pallets.
- Follow inventory control instructions to hand stack RPC’s on pallets to appropriate height.
- Examine products for quality standards.
- Remove all trash and debris from sorted pallets before returning to customers.
- Wrap sorted pallets and secure for shipment.
- Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the storage facility.
- Accurately complete all paperwork to track daily progress.
- Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly.
Requirements
- High school degree or GED required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
