Roving Maintenance Technician

About the role

Roving Maintenance Technician needed to provide on-site support and maintenance services across various properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and other building infrastructure.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
• Communicate with property managers and tenants regarding maintenance issues and progress.
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or construction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
