Travel between assigned properties across the Northwest Arkansas portfolio to complete work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance tasksPerform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC filter changes and basic service, appliance repair, carpentry, painting, and drywallComplete unit turns and assist with vacancy prep at multiple communitiesRespond to maintenance requests within established timeframes and to Elevation's quality standardsDocument completed work and communicate unit conditions to the property manager or maintenance supervisorMaintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shop and all assigned equipmentFollow all safety procedures and OSHA standards on every propertyParticipate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as scheduled What We're Looking For Minimum one year of maintenance experience in multifamily housing, construction, or a related fieldValid driver's license and reliable personal transportation - daily travel between properties is a core expectation of this roleWorking knowledge of general maintenance trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentryAbility to manage time independently and prioritize across multiple properties without direct on-site supervisionStrong communication skills and a professional, resident-friendly demeanorHVAC and EPA 608 certifications preferred but not requiredExperience with Entrata or similar property management software preferredAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical functions typical of apartment maintenance work Sound like the right place for you?
