About the role
The Roving Assistant Business Manager is responsible for providing administrative support to multiple business units within the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Supporting business unit leaders with administrative tasks including scheduling, travel arrangements, and document management.
- Managing calendars and coordinating meetings for multiple departments.
- Assisting with procurement processes and maintaining records of vendor interactions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative or support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is beneficial.

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
