Education and Experience
- High School diploma required
- Associate degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in operations analysis, routing, logistics, technician scheduling, and/or dispatch
- Multi-location routing and scheduling experience preferred
- Propane experience a plus
- Supervisor or management experience preferred
Posting Job Summary
The Routing and Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for the daily scheduling, routing, and dispatch of both delivery drivers and service technicians in supported locations to ensure the efficient distribution of propane and optimal utilization of field resources. This role will leverage route optimization software and work closely with District Operations, Customer Experience teams, and regional leadership to create efficient routes and schedules that meet/exceed operational metrics while maintaining exceptional customer service. The Routing and Dispatch Coordinator will serve as the subject matter expert for routing infrastructure, scheduling optimization, field resource utilization, and reporting tools and dashboards associated with these functions.

Qualifications
This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least 3-5 years of experience in operations analysis, routing, logistics, technician scheduling, and/or dispatch. Multi-location routing and scheduling experience is preferred, as is prior experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. The exact salary will be determined based on a competitive market analysis and individual performance.
Schedule
The Routing and Dispatch Coordinator works a standard Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed to support business operations. Flexible scheduling is available for those with multi-location responsibilities.
