Routing and Dispatch Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prior experience with driver routing and/or technician dispatching required
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Balances operational efficiency with technician, driver, and customer needs
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable results
• Detail-oriented problem solver with high accuracy standards

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Act as subject matter expert for route planning processes and scheduling optimization
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to solve problems and translate data into actionable results
• Knowledge of safety and DOT protocols
• Strong understanding of field operations with ability to identify and communicate downstream impacts of strategic decisions
• Able to understand and relate technical requirements for service work

Education and Experience

• High School diploma required
• Associate degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in operations analysis, routing, logistics, technician scheduling, and/or dispatch
• Multi-location routing and scheduling experience preferred
• Propane experience a plus
• Supervisor or management experience preferred

Pay

The pay for this position ranges from $32.30 to $32.30 per hour, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales depending on position.
