Router Supervisor

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking an Inbound Router Supervisor at their Otsego, MN Service Center. This position manages dock and dispatch operations, coordinates schedules, ensures safety compliance, and handles freight dispatching.

Responsibilities

• Driver and Freight Handler Management
• Cookout and Dispatch Operations Coordination
• Scheduling Drivers and Freight Handlers
• Ensuring Safety Compliance
• Ensuring Quality Freight Handling Procedures Are Followed
• Timely Dispatching of LTL Loads
• Other Duties as Assigned by the Service Center Manager

Requirements

• Proven Basic Leadership Experience
• Ability to Lead in a Fast-Paced Environment
• Strong Organizational, Communication, and Logistical Skills
• Solid Problem-Solving Abilities
• Knowledge of Quality Freight Handling Preferred
• Computer Skills and Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
• Prior LTL Leadership Experience Preferred

$75,000 yearly
