Aluminum Precision Products · Santa Ana, CA · 2 wk ago
OTHR$19–$21/hrFull-time
We need to output only HTML fragment, using

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro: Aluminum Precision Products (APP) is an international leader... (some generic fluff). This could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content. We have: Job Summary: "We're looking for a ROUTER OPERATOR that will inspect forged parts for any forging flash extension and/or excess metal from manufactured parts. You will use a router tool to remove excess metal from the parts." That's a description of role. Then "Job Requirements" list bullet-like sentences (no actual bullet markers but sentences). We'll need to put them in
  • . Then "Skill Requirements" list. Then "Why work for APP?" list of benefits. Then "Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 an hour." Also mention "This role may be a good fit for you if you have had experience as a Polisher, Production Worker, Deburrer, Grinder, Saw Operator, Welder, or Metal Fabricator." That's maybe qualifications or skills. Also mention "APP is an ESOP ..." etc. That's benefits. Also mention "This position may require access to information subject to ITAR/EAR..." That's a requirement (citizenship). Already covered. Also mention "Accessibility: If you need help accessing this page please contact us by email: apphr@aluminumprecision.com" That's maybe not needed; it's contact info but could be considered minor metadata; we can drop or put in a short p. Also "Aluminum Precision Products, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer..." That's EEO boilerplate; remove. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to decide sections: - About the role: could include the introductory paragraph about APP and the job summary. Might be considered "About the role". We'll include a

with that content. - Responsibilities: The job summary also includes responsibilities: inspect forged parts, use router tool, etc. Also the list under Job Requirements includes many duties. We could separate responsibilities vs requirements. But we can combine? The instruction: Use headings for sections; we can have Responsibilities and Requirements separate if content exists. We have responsibilities: inspect forged parts for flash, use router tool to remove excess metal, mount parts, remove defects with air-powered deburring tools, maintain counts, assure quality, report defects, comply with safety, read blueprints, use precision tools, perform other duties. We have requirements: Work safe, maintain organized lean environment, visually/touch inspect, perform tooling set-up, select proper cutters, mount parts, maintain counts, assure quality, attendance, report defects, comply with safety, read blueprints, use precision tools, perform other duties, wear PPE, 3 months experience, blueprint knowledge a plus, drug-free workplace, US citizen or person, English, overtime, stand 80%, work in area >90F. Skill Requirements: Wear PPE, 3 months experience, blueprint knowledge plus, drug-free, US citizen, English, overtime, stand, heat. But many overlap. We'll need to decide what to put where. We could treat "Job Requirements" as Responsibilities (duties) and "Skill Requirements" as Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. Thus: - Responsibilities: list of duties from Job Summary and Job Requirements (the actions). We'll extract the actionable tasks. - Requirements: maybe the mandatory criteria: 3 months experience, US citizenship, English, ability to work overtime, stand 80%, work in >90F, drug-free workplace, PPE, etc. Also maybe "Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace." "In compliance with ITAR regulations, must be a US Citizen or US Person". Also "English (reading, writing, and verbal comprehension)". Also "Must be able to work overtime when required". Also "Will stand on feet 80% of the time and work in area that can exceed 90F throughout the work year." - Qualifications: maybe "Blueprint knowledge is a plus." Could be a qualification. - Skills: maybe "Use of precision tools (calipers, scissor micrometer, height gage, ball/flat micrometer, etc.)" and "Read blueprints and ICL's." Also "Wear proper Personal Protection Equipment". But that's also requirement. We need to avoid duplication but preserve all substantive info. Could combine overlapping info into one section, but we need to follow headings only if there is real specific content. We could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Schedule not present (no schedule info). So omit Schedule. We must not create empty sections. Now we need to extract benefits: "Why work for APP?" list: On-the-job training and opportunities for advancement with a strong promote within program. Medical, Dental, Vision – Generous company contribution, low cost to employee. Life insurance – 100% company paid - covers employee, spouse and dependent children. Generous Vacation Time. 9 Paid Holidays. Holiday Shut Down (Christmas thru New Year’s). Sick Time. Annual Bonus (based on company meeting Key Results). 401k (Company matches up to 4%). ESOP Employee Profit Sharing Retirement Plan (100% Company Paid). Tuition reimbursement. Also earlier: "We offer an excellent benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401k plan." That's duplicate. We'll include all. Pay: Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 an hour. Also note about range etc. We'll include that as Pay section. Now we need to format. We'll output something like:

The posted range reflects the lowest to highest hourly rate the company believes it would pay for this role at the time of posting; actual pay may be higher or lower based on education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, and business needs.

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, accessibility, etc. We omitted those. Check for any repeated content: We included "Read blueprints and ICLs" in responsibilities and also in skills; that's okay but maybe duplication. However we must preserve all substantive info; duplication is okay as long as we don't invent or summarize away detail. It's fine. Check for any missing substantive info: The line "Mount parts and work pieces in holding fixture or hand hold to secure." we captured. "Remove defects with air-powered deburring tools." captured. "Maintain accurate part and or work piece counts." captured. "Assure quality and production requirements are met, as per the job-specific travelers." captured. "Maintain acceptable attendance record." we omitted! That's a requirement: "Maintain acceptable attendance record." Should be included under Requirements. Add. Also "Report any equipment or facility defect(s) to supervisor." captured. Also "Comply with all APP Inc safety rules and company policies." captured. Also "Use of precision tools (calipers, scissor micrometer, height gage, ball/flat micrometer, etc.)" captured in responsibilities and skills. Also "Perform any other duties not mentioned above when instructed to do so by the department manager." captured. Also "Skill Requirements Wear proper Personal Protection Equipment in work area at all time." captured. Also "3 months of related manufacturing/production experience." captured.
