Part of a global thermal solutions leader founded in 1922, our Columbia facility is a critical hub for high-performance manufacturing, engineering, and operational excellence. #PoweredByPossibility We are hiring a: 2nd Shift Operator Columbia, MO Starting Pay: $19.73 per hour; plus $1.50 shift differential Shift Hours: 3:00p - 1:30a Monday-Thursday The operator role is a challenging opportunity for an individual interested in producing a high-quality product that will be used to enrich the lives of others. This role is capable of contributing to all phases of the production process using autonomy, mastery and purpose, and works under direct supervision on standardized duties and tasks using established procedures or written instructions. The ideal candidate will be able to work individually as well as in teams.
