Create efficient delivery routes

• Plan, distribute, monitor, and follow-up daily route assignments
• Work with manager to coordinate best routes
• Understand staffing levels and drivers’ capabilities
• Maximize truck capacity for most efficient routes
• Follow up with Drivers to communicate any areas of improvement or concerns regarding routes
• Cook up with Drivers to coordinate pick up of returns

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Experience with routing software and logistics preferred
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Able to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Data entry experience
• Operate with ownership, be a self-starter, and have a strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
• Critical analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to change in accordance with the business needs of the company
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit
• Must bring proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
• Bilingual Preferred in English and Spanish
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Able to work on weekends
