Route Technician

About the role

Responsible for inspecting and treating residential and commercial properties for pests. Conducts inspections, applies pesticides, and documents findings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties for signs of pests
• Apply pesticides and other treatments as needed
• Document findings and treatment plans
• Communicate with clients regarding pest control services
• Follow safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of pest control practices

Qualifications

• Experience in pest control or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Pass a background check

Skills

• Knowledge of pest biology and behavior
• Proficiency in using pest control equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
