Route Support Technician

About the role

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Route Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you'll work outdoors solving unique challenges, climbing ladders, and helping people in your community. Whether experienced or not, comprehensive training is provided to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, creating "Customers for Life"
• Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections
• Work on pre- and post-construction termite treatments and monitor termite bait systems
• Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions for ongoing satisfaction
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations while operating company equipment and vehicles
• Apply pest control products in compliance with label standards
• Partner with customer service, sales, and management teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Act as a brand ambassador representing Northwest's values and image with every customer interaction

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience necessary
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments
• Hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow directions, adapt to change, and problem-solve with a positive attitude

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods
• Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.)
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
