Route Support Technician

About the role

Northwest Exterminating is looking for a Route Support Professional to join our team. We offer comprehensive training to help you succeed whether you're experienced or not. This role involves outdoor, independent work—you'll be on the move, working independently and directly interacting with customers in your community to help protect homes, businesses, and families.

Responsibilities

• Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating "Customers for Life."
• Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections.
• Work on pre- and post-construction termite treatments and monitor termite bait systems.
• Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions that ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations while operating company equipment and vehicles.
• Apply pest control products in compliance with label standards.
• Partner with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience necessary
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments

Physical demands / working environment

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods.
• Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
