Responsibilities
- Coordinating drivers as needed for daily operations
- Process all paperwork according to policies and procedures
- Communicate information clearly and concisely via direct connect radio or phone
- Accurately log and document all vehicles used and required details
- Provides updates to Field supervisors, Dispatch and/or Operations as needed
- Ensures that all safety procedures are followed in the field
- Presents and is visible in the loading areas to provide assistance as required
Requirements
- CDL with Passenger Endorsement
- Good Driving Record
- Flexible day/evening/weekend/holiday hours
Qualifications
- Capable of managing hectic and time sensitive situations while maintaining good customer relations
- Ability to properly operate communication equipment
- Good organization skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely
- Previous industry related experience with bus transportation is a plus
