Route Settlement Associate

Position Responsibilities Daily monitoring and actioning of group inbox, including but not limited to responding to inquiries and follow up on action itemsRun register process for each RBD facility assigned to you – Coordinate with local leadership to ensure that invoices from the day are posted in VIP. Process is critical for all subsequent reporting systemsRun invoicing process for each RBD facility assigned to you– Coordinate with local leadership and logistics analysts to ensure that routed orders are invoiced and available for driver next dayRun reports as requested for each facility to include inventory, variance etc.Correct invoice errors from prior daySupport operations as neededOther projects or duties as assigned Required Education And Experience High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 1 to 2 years of related experience Preferred Education And Experience Bachelor’s Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
