About the role
Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay! Our Route Sales Representatives are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLay's complete line of products including Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more to local stores including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.
Responsibilities
- Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our amazing team members
- Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers
- Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives
- Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time
- Work in a fun, fast-paced, and physical environment
Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid drivers license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
- Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
Qualifications
In addition to the above requirements, here are some of the qualifications:
- Be able to work in a physically demanding environment
- Be able to work weekends and holidays
- Be willing to undergo drug testing
