Route Relief Driver

About the role

This onsite position offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be at the forefront of distribution efforts, solving problems and ensuring customers receive their favorite beverages while driving varied routes and connecting with the community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip inspections to meet DOT regulations and verify inventory through a thorough check-out process.
• Drive to customer locations, unload products, and merchandise them according to company standards.
• Engage with customers professionally and collect payments while managing returns.
• Use handheld devices and printers for invoicing and maintain communication with the account manager and sales team.
• Support marketing efforts such as displays and signage.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and perform any other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License; must obtain within 90 days of hire if not already held.
• Clean driving record.
• Thorough understanding of traffic laws and defensive driving practices.
• Strong written and organizational skills for accurate, legible paperwork.
• Effective communication skills for building rapport with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for accurate invoicing.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.

$28.00 – $30.00 per hour
