Description
Wisconsin Distributors is currently seeking enthusiastic, customer service-oriented individuals to join our delivery team as a Route Driver Helper! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a strong team, this opportunity may be a great fit for you.
Location
Dedicated route in the West Bend/Kewaskum/Hartford area
Schedule
Monday – Friday
Early start and finish times
Home every night
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $20.00 per hour
- Non-CDL position to start
- Must obtain CDL permit (temps) within two weeks of hire — company training provided
- Additional pay increases after obtaining CDL permit and full CDL

Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record required
- Ability to lift, move, carry, push, and pull up to 165 pounds of product
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and patience when working with customers
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using mobile devices and iPads
- Reliable with strong attention to detail
- Proven teamwork and collaboration skills
