Route Delivery Driver

About the role

The Route Delivery Driver at Pacific Seafood supports operational efficiency, enhances brand reputation, and drives sales. This role is ideal for someone who is customer service-oriented, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Quality and Compliance: Ensure goods are loaded safely and logically, verify order accuracy, and handle merchandise safely.
• Efficient Operations: Apply The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy, manage routes, complete paperwork, and address customer issues.
• Physical Demands: Stand, walk, reach, grasp, talk, hear, lift up to 100 lbs, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and adjust focus.
• Working Conditions: Office and warehouse environments, moderate noise, plant exposure to wet, cold, and humid temperatures, standard office equipment and machinery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of related experience in delivery and sales of perishable food products
• Valid driver's license
• Clean MVR for past 3 years

Qualifications

• Proven track record of succeeding in time-sensitive situations
• Familiarity with local area, including streets, highways, and buildings
