Delivery Driver

About the role

Beauchamp Water Treatment Solutions (Besco Water Treatment, Inc.), a well-established West Michigan company with five locations, seeks a motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to serve residential and commercial clients with excellence. This is a full-time position (5 days per week plus occasional Saturdays) as a Route Delivery/Sales Driver, offering hourly pay plus commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers.
• Load and unload products using a pallet jack or forklift.
• Follow delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of driving experience.
• Must be well-organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly on a daily basis.
• Must possess a chauffeur’s license, D.O.T. medical card, and provide an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record).
• Dependability and excellent attendance are critical.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in route driving or courier services is preferred.
• Familiarity with using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
