LabCorp is seeking a Route Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team in Englewood, CO Work Schedule: 2nd shift Monday - Friday 7:00pm - 3:30am, additional hours/days may be required as needed Job Responsibilities Utilize route management software to schedule, coordinate and dispatch specimen pickupsManage high volume email/phone traffic to coordinate resources (employees, vendors, etc.)Responsible for specific service area to ensure best possible solutions for clientAchieve location productivity and expense targets while meeting customer expectationsEnsure a balance between customer response time, accuracy and cost/productivity targetsFollow standard procedures for field requests for service and dispatching callsProblem solve and provide potential resolutions for any specimen related issueUtilize multiple databases to process requests and inquiriesPerforms a variety of administrative/clerical duties as needed Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED or equivalent1 year or more experience in logistics, customer service or operations Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in logistics, customer service or operations Experience working in a medical courier environment2 years or more experience working as a dispatcher Additional Job Standards Basic computer and typing skills; experience with Microsoft OfficeStrong communication skills; both written and verbalExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to multitaskFamiliarity with route management software Develops and coordinates the daily route, work, and training schedules of assigned work group. Assists Branch Manager with administrative duties associated with Professional Services operations. Application Window Closes: 8/22/26 Pay Range: $18.29-$26.12 additional 10% shift differential included for 2nd shift Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
