Dispatcher/Route Coordinator

Role: Dispatcher/Route Coordinator responsible for managing specimen pickup scheduling and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Schedule, coordinate, and dispatch specimen pickups using route management software.Manage high-volume email and phone communications to coordinate employees and vendors.Monitor service area performance and develop solutions to meet client needs.Maintain productivity and expense targets while ensuring customer response expectations are met.Process requests and inquiries across multiple database systems. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED.At least 1 year of experience in logistics, customer service, or operations.Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to multitask with keen attention to detail.
