About the role
Round Lake Senior Living is seeking a CNA/HHA/Caregiver to join their growing team. The community, which opened in January 2023, is located in Arden Hills near Bethel University.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Affirm residents' independence while treating each one with respect and dignity.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
Requirements
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.

Pay
- HHA wage: $17-$22, depending on experience
- CNA wage: $19-$24, depending on experience
- Shift differential: $1 for evenings, $2 for NOC's
Schedule
Shifts available: Full Time/Part Time PM (2pm-10pm), every other weekend included.
