About the role

Round Lake, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is seeking a CNA/HHA/Home Health Aide (Part Time) to join their growing team. The community recently opened in January 2023 and is located in Arden Hills, near Bethel University.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Aid in medication administration.

Requirements

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Pay

• CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience.
• HHA Wage: $17.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

• Part Time AM (6a-2p).
• Part Time PM (2p-11p).
• Part Time NOC (10p-6a) - may include weekends/holidays.
