About the Role
Furnish labor, materials, permits, and inspections to complete the plumbing and gas scope for new construction projects. Responsibilities include layout, rough-in, fixture stub-outs, pressure and leak testing, and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) inspections.
Responsibilities
- Perform layout and rough-in plumbing work for new construction.
- Complete fixture stub-outs as applicable.
- Conduct pressure and leak testing to ensure system integrity.
- Coordinate and pass AHJ inspections.
- Secure necessary permits for plumbing and gas work.
