We’re looking for motivated Apprentice Plumbers to join our growing team in Indianapolis, IN. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced Journeyman Plumbers on commercial projects while developing the skills needed for a successful career in the plumbing trade.
Pay
$25 - $35/hr (based on experience and apprenticeship level).
Schedule
Full-time, steady commercial-based work.

Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Plumbers with the installation of commercial plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, and equipment
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install piping materials according to project specifications
- Support the installation of water supply, drainage, waste, and vent systems
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, plumbing drawings, and construction layouts
- Organize tools, materials, and work areas to maintain safe and productive job sites
- Load, transport, and stage materials for daily construction activities
- Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety policies
- Participate in daily hands-on training while developing plumbing skills
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Plumbing Apprenticeship Program or accredited trade school (required)
- Passion for building a long-term career in commercial plumbing
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented construction environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced plumbers
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and climbing throughout the workday
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and elevated work platforms
- Ability to work in active construction environments and varying weather conditions
