Rotomold Finisher - 2nd Shift

About the role

The essence of this role is to ensure quality plastic rotational molded parts through finishing techniques, such as trimming excess plastic material. In addition to creating a smooth surface on all plastic parts to prevent rough edges on play equipment.

Hours: M-F, 2:00 P.M.–10:30 P.M.

Responsibilities

• Finish plastic parts using a variety of hand tools to finish edges, drill holes, etc.
• Identify quality problems and escalate appropriately.
• Ensure accuracy of needed parts and inventory by inspecting and labeling properly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Comfortable standing throughout the shift and bending/stooping while working on parts.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Comfortable utilizing handheld or small power tools.

Pay

The target hourly range is $18.50–$20.00, depending on qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. Starting pay may vary based on skills, experience, and training needs.
