About the role
The essence of this role is to ensure quality plastic rotational molded parts through finishing techniques, such as trimming excess plastic material. In addition to creating a smooth surface on all plastic parts to prevent rough edges on play equipment.
Hours: M-F, 2:00 P.M.–10:30 P.M.

Responsibilities
- Finish plastic parts using a variety of hand tools to finish edges, drill holes, etc.
- Identify quality problems and escalate appropriately.
- Ensure accuracy of needed parts and inventory by inspecting and labeling properly.

- Ability to follow standardized work steps to ensure consistent quality.
- Works well with others and in a team environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Comfortable standing throughout the shift and bending/stooping while working on parts.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Comfortable utilizing handheld or small power tools.
Pay
The target hourly range is $18.50–$20.00, depending on qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. Starting pay may vary based on skills, experience, and training needs.
