Finisher - 2nd Shift

About the role

This role now offers a higher starting rate as part of our continued investment in our production workforce.

Responsibilities

• Moving castings through inspection, grinding, and cleaning to ensure each piece meets Lodge quality standards.
• Sorting castings, identifying defects, and routing products to the appropriate next step while keeping production flowing.
• Working hands-on with conveyors, grinders, and cleaning equipment, following safety standards at all times.
• Performing tasks in a fast-paced, physical, and detail-driven environment focused on consistency, quality, and teamwork.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Basic hand tool knowledge.
• The ability to meet physical requirements: standing, lifting, bending, and using safety equipment.
• Two or more years of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office.
• Forklift license is advantageous.
