Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift

Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot folder-gluer and related manufacturing equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and equipment adjustments to ensure optimal performance
  • Monitor production quality and conduct in-process quality checks
  • Read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and measurements
  • Follow and document work according to GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols
  • Accurately complete production documentation and maintenance records
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve equipment or process issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or maintenance experience
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Technical/Mechanical
  • Experience with industrial equipment maintenance and repair preferred
  • Experience working in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments strongly preferred
  • Experience with folding machines, press operations, or similar specialized equipment is a plus

Qualifications

  • Knowledge: Understanding of preventive maintenance procedures, Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and quality control practices, Basic knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and control systems preferred
  • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy, Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Abilities: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, Ability to lift and maneuver up to 70 lbs, Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required, Willingness to handle chemicals and work in an industrial manufacturing environment

Pay Range: $22-$24
