1st Shift Flex Operator

The Role

The Flex Operator will vary based on the needs of the day. This role is flexible and could include duties such as final in-process inspection, staging of eggs, machine and date code setup, carton inventory management, or staging cartons for the day’s run.

General Housekeeping

• eggs off floor
• cleaning wash screens as needed
• organization of materials
• cleaning of floors
• emptying and cleaning of rubbish cans

Quality Control

• perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications

Safety Protocols

• follow safety protocols
• maintain a clean and organized work area

Team Collaboration

• collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Work Schedule & Hours

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM
