Rotational Field Technician II - Travel
for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to map content to these headings appropriately. The instructions: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should use those exact headings where appropriate. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections apply.
We have content:
- About NovaSource: description of company. Could map to "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is about the job, not company. But we could use "About the role" heading for the job description summary. However we have "Basic Job Functions" which is essentially role description. Could use "About the role" heading for that.
- Responsibilities: we have "Essential Responsibilities" list. So we can use heading "Responsibilities".
- Requirements: could combine Experience, Education, Physical Requirements? The instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide.
We have "Experience", "Education", "Physical Requirements", "Required Skills/Competencies". Could map:
- Requirements: maybe combine Experience and Education? Or we could have separate sections: "Experience", "Education", "Physical Requirements", "Skills". But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we should combine where possible.
We could have sections:
- About the role (summary of basic job functions)
- Responsibilities (essential responsibilities)
- Requirements (experience, education, physical requirements)
- Skills (required skills/competencies)
- Benefits (benefits listed)
- Location? Not in list of headings but we have location info; maybe we could include under About the role or as a separate section? The instruction only gave examples; we can use other headings if needed? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Safer to stick to those.
We have location: "Location: This position is part of NovaSource's National Rotational Technician Program..." Could be included under About the role or maybe under Requirements? Probably include in About the role.
Travel: "Travel will be required depending on the needs of the Company." Could be under Responsibilities or maybe under Schedule? Not exactly schedule. Could be under Responsibilities.
Pay: Not specified; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. No pay info given, so omit Pay.
Schedule: Not specified; we have "This position will work a repeating cycle of scheduled workdays followed by scheduled days off." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
Thus sections:
- About the role (company overview + basic job functions + location)
- Responsibilities (essential responsibilities + travel)
- Requirements (experience, education, physical requirements)
- Skills (required skills/competencies)
- Benefits (benefits list)
- Schedule (work cycle)
We must not include headings with filler text. Ensure each section has substantive content.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like specific duties, etc.
We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we must cut out the EEO statement, diversity statement, office physical requirements (maybe keep? It's somewhat generic but could be considered boilerplate? It's about office physical requirements; but it's not specific to the role; it's generic. Likely we should remove it as boilerplate. Also remove the "Potential candidates will meet..." etc. Also remove the "US: Diversity Statement – Equal Employment Opportunity" block.
Also remove "Office Physical Requirements" section (since it's generic). Also remove "Reporting Relationships"? That's substantive? It's about reporting to senior site manager etc. Could be part of Responsibilities or Requirements? Might be considered part of role. We could include under Responsibilities or About the role. But we need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include that info somewhere. Could add a sentence under Responsibilities: "Reports to most senior site manager or supervisor; may lead work groups and supervise plant evolutions; may have tasks assigned by advanced technical staff."
Similarly "Travel" we already considered.
Now let's extract content.

Benefits: list.
Now we need to craft sections.
About the role: combine company overview, basic job functions, location, maybe reporting relationships? But we can keep reporting relationships under Responsibilities or separate? Since we have limited headings, we could put reporting relationships under Responsibilities as part of role.
Responsibilities: essential responsibilities + travel + reporting relationships.
Requirements: experience, education, physical requirements.
Skills: required skills/competencies.
Benefits: benefits list.
Schedule: work cycle.
We must not include headings with filler text. Ensure each has content.
Now produce HTML.
