About the role

The Rotational Program at Affinius Capital offers a comprehensive learning experience, providing hands-on exposure to various disciplines within the firm. Participants will gain valuable insights by working closely with senior leaders, industry experts, and seasoned professionals.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to multiple departments including Capital Markets, Credit, Development, Asset Management, and Dispositions.
• Rotate through these departments over a two-year period, spending approximately six months in each area.
• Work alongside senior leaders and industry experts to develop professional skills and knowledge.
• Engage in projects that align with the firm's strategic goals and contribute to its diverse portfolio.
