About The Rotational Analyst Program
Our two-year Rotational Analyst Program begins in July 2027. It offers recent college graduates the opportunity to complete four (4) six-month rotations across different teams and functions, including our portfolio of Vants. The aim of this program is to attract and develop future leaders across the Roivant family by accelerating the development of talent. From day one, analysts will own projects and have opportunities to make meaningful impact.
Sample projects include:
- Evaluating in-licensing opportunities to expand Roivant’s portfolio of life-changing medicines (Investments)
- Performing literature reviews to identify indication expansion opportunities in support of Vants (Research and Development)
- Developing strategies to accelerate clinical trial recruitment (Vants)
- Creating an investor deck, in partnership with key executives, for a Phase 3 clinical trial readout (Strategic Finance)
Each year, graduates of the program pursue full-time opportunities at Roivant or its Vants, or continue to higher education at top universities. The program has been recognized as a standout among Science and Technology firms by Fast Company.

Qualifications
- Enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate university in the United States with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027 (program begins July 2027).
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in the life sciences, business, economics, or a related quantitative field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Public Health), with demonstrated interest or experience in healthcare, biotech, or the life sciences.
Requirements
- Track record of academic excellence; GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Willingness to relocate to New York, NY.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship including STEM-OPT).
Pay
The expected base salary for the role is $100,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Base salary is part of a total compensation package that may include discretionary bonuses, equity, and company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will, and Roivant reserves the right to modify base salary or other compensation components at any time.
