Rotational Accounting Development Program - 2027 Graduates

Role Overview: This position involves rotating through various responsibilities within a finance team, utilizing analytical skills and professional accounting knowledge to support budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis activities. Key Responsibilities Assist in the creation of six annual budget events, collaborating with department managers and project leaders.Prepare month-end close activities, including analyzing financial data and creating journal entries.Perform budget vs. actual comparisons following professional accounting standards, providing insights and recommendations.Develop presentations summarizing financial conditions and advising management on areas for improvement. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or an Associate’s Degree with at least 2 years’ relevant experience.Understanding of GAAP/IFRS, cost accounting, and accounting concepts.Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.Willingness to relocate across various North American locations.
