About the role
This position is responsible for fabricating and machining various metal components to exacting tolerances.Responsibilities
- Fabricate and machine metal components using various tools and machines.
- Follow detailed blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Operate CNC machines and manual tools as needed.
- Perform quality checks on finished products.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in fabrication or machining.
- Proficiency with basic hand tools and CNC machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Experience with metalworking processes.
- Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Skills
- Proficiency with CNC machines.
- Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
