Ropes Course Lead

Direct and supervise the camp’s adventure and ropes course program.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ropes course staff for safe operation of the facility and program
• Complete staff training
• Conduct daily facility and equipment checks for safety and cleanliness; report any issues
• Maintain course records
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Training and experience in ropes course programs
• Complete Safe From Harm training and keep current as needed
• Current First Aid certifications

Skills

• Basic skills in Microsoft Office 365
• Knowledge of TEAMS and SharePoint
• Willingness to learn new software as needed
