Rooms Attendant

About the role

The Inn on Fifth, a beautiful boutique hotel in Naples, offers 87 guest rooms, 32 club suites, a spa, a fitness center, and a pool. We are seeking a PM Rooms Attendant to join our friendly housekeeping team.

Responsibilities

• Work with the housekeeping team to maintain and make rooms welcoming for guests.
• Perform quality cleaning tasks, including changing linens, cleaning windows, mirrors, fixtures, floors, and furniture.
• Go above and beyond for guest satisfaction by handling guest requests, including turndown service.
• Ensure rooms are ready for guests upon arrival and during overnight stays.

Requirements

• A flexible schedule, 100% open availability including weekends and nights.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
