Room Service Server - Part Time
About the Role
The Pfister Hotel, a premier luxury hotel in downtown Milwaukee with over 130 years of iconic history and AAA Four Diamond status for over 50 consecutive years, is seeking an individual to deliver exceptional in-room dining service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-room dining service by accurately presenting, delivering, and setting up food and beverage orders in guest rooms while maintaining The Pfister's luxury hospitality standards.
- Ensure all orders are prepared, transported, and presented with attention to detail, including verifying accuracy, quality, and proper presentation before delivery.
- Provide professional and personalized guest service by responding promptly to requests, answering menu questions, and anticipating guest needs to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, hallways, trays, carts, and equipment, while adhering to food safety, sanitation, and hotel policies.
- Process guest checks and payments accurately, communicate effectively with kitchen and hotel teams, and assist with room service operations to ensure efficient and seamless service throughout each shift.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous restaurant, hotel, room service, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service with a professional, friendly, and polished demeanor in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and hotel departments.
- Ability to lift and carry food trays, carts, and supplies up to 30-50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs.

Pay
$7.47 per hour.
Schedule
Part-time, hourly, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on business needs.
