About the role
The In-Room Dining Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to guests. Available around the clock, the In-Room Dining team delivers a wide selection of food and beverage options directly to guests’ rooms, ensuring an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience that meets Four Seasons’ standards of excellence, food quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, correct, precise, and friendly service while accommodating guests’ specific requests.
- Ensure timeliness of service in delivering food and beverages to guest rooms.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and guest interaction equal to that of the finest restaurants in the city.

- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
