Room Service Server - Kahler Grand

About the role

Part time shifts available. Provide exceptional in-room dining experience for our guests, including presentation, table setup, and timely delivery and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Take guest room service orders over the phone.
• Set up and deliver room service orders to guests.
• Bus trays from guest rooms and hallways.
• General area stocking and clean up.
• Break down and set up for the next shift.
• Maintain Kahler Grand standards of Food & Beverage quality and guest service.
• Other job-related duties as assigned, including cross training.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Comfortable using the computer.
• 6 months – 1 year prior serving experience preferred.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred.

Pay

The compensation for this position is $15.80/hour plus gratuity.
