Responsibilities
- Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special
- Prepare for seamless service: Set up room service trays and tables in advance for timely order delivery
- Take guest orders: Assist with order-taking tasks and respond to room service phone calls
- Deliver with care: Retrieve food and beverage orders and deliver to guest rooms or meeting rooms
- Process transactions: Present checks to guests, collect payments, and return signed checks to the order taker
- Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
Qualifications
- Must be able to work any shifts as early as 5am and as late as 11pm
- Must be available all holidays and weekends
- Must have prior room service & or serving experience in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work at a fast pace and have strong organizational skills
- Must have or obtain Washington State Mast permit and Food Handlers card
