Room Service Order Taker

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Room Service Order Taker to join its dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate should have an excitement and dedication in serving guests and be able to deliver the best Food & Beverage experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive guest requests and communicate directly with the team to deliver the best personal dining experience possible, taking action on guest needs, both express and unspoken.
• Use intuition and articulation to master the role, ensuring satisfaction of guests.
• Work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays due to the hotel's 24/7 operation.

Requirements

• Ability to use Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of MICROS preferred.
• One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred.
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required.

Qualifications

• Work authorization in the United States.

Skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of MICROS.
• Experience in Food & Beverage industry.
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications.
