Job Summary
The Food & Nutrition Room Service Attendant will obtain food preferences and meal orders, ensuring patient safety, adherence to HACCP guidelines, and maintaining professional standards.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred
- Food Handlers or SERV Safe Certificate preferred (90-day grace period after hire)
What You Will Do in This Role
Utilize systems and processes to ensure patient safety, infection control, and department security. Adhere to HACCP/food safety guidelines and policies. Maintain and adhere to Food & Nutrition's uniform and personal appearance standards. Achieve patient, customer, and physician satisfaction goals. Participate in training with other Food Service department staff.
