Room Leader
About the role
About This Role Room Leader - OAC Charlemont In my room, every day has a rhythm. There are stories and songs. Big feelings and tiny shoes. Questions that start with “why.” Paint on hands. Friends to find. Moments when I need someone steady to help me feel brave. At Only About Children Charlemont, that leader could be you.
About Our Charlemont Campus At Charlemont, my campus is beginning a brand‑new story. I arrive in the Geelong region, at a new purpose‑built campus on Batten Road with six rooms, new resources and a big outdoor yard made for children like me. Everything is being shaped with care from the start. I can learn in spaces for nursery, toddler and kindergarten children, with room to move, wonder and belong. New routines, friendships and traditions can grow here. This is a place where my ideas can be noticed from the beginning and my confidence can grow with the community.
You're The Difference At OAC, they say You're The Difference. I think that means you help my room feel safe, kind and ready for play. You help the grown‑ups know what matters, so I can settle, make friends and try new things.
