Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels
• Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, service hours of operation, and surroundings
• Ensure rooms are stocked with necessary items
• Identify and report items guests have left behind using hotel's lost and found procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to multi-task
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Team player
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable about hotel property, staff, services, and surroundings
• Ability to identify and handle guest items appropriately
• Compliance with safety and security protocols

Pay

Compensation Range: $16.50 per hour
