About the role

We’re looking for a Room Attendant to join our team and help ensure a clean and comfortable stay for our guests. You’ll be an essential part of a team that works together to meet and exceed guest expectations in an award-winning portfolio of Hilton and Marriott hotels across the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.
  • Restock supplies, change linens, vacuum, dust, and sanitize rooms and bathrooms.
  • Communicate with the front desk and maintenance teams to address guest requests and ensure smooth operations.
  • Uphold safety and cleanliness standards to create a healthy environment for both guests and teammates.
  • Clean guest rooms, including changing bed linens, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting bathrooms.
  • Replenish room amenities such as towels, soap, and toiletries.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues in rooms to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist in maintaining clean and orderly public areas, such as hallways and lounges.

Requirements

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift 10 lbs., occasionally up to 35 lbs., and be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform physically demanding tasks such as bending, lifting, and moving objects.
  • Friendly and professional attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
