Room Attendant / Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest needs and requests to ensure a comfortable stay.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and corridors.
• Deep clean one room daily, including bathrooms and hallways.
• Report deficiencies and out-of-order equipment to the maintenance department.
• Maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, and personal appearance.
• Follow fire alarm and evacuation procedures.
• Ensure security of guests, associates, and hotel assets.
• Perform any other duties as requested by the General Manager.

Requirements

• Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours and work in a restricted space.

• Able to bend, stretch arms overhead, and lift up to 25 pounds.
