Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and corridors.
- Courteously and pleasantly respond to guest needs and requests.
- Assist teams when needed, living the “ONE TEAM. ONE VISION.” philosophy.
- Promote and exemplify the company culture.
- Meet/exceed company goals and three metrics.
- Adhere to brand standards and report deficiencies to maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
- Deep clean one room daily.
- Clean bathrooms, disinfect surfaces, and replenish supplies.
- Vacuum rooms and hallways.
- Report vacated and clean rooms, occupied and clean rooms, or any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow fire alarm procedures.
- Perform any additional duties requested by the General Manager.
- Keep confidential company business functions.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality.
- Able to work flexible schedules.
- Honest and good with others.
- High integrity and humble.
- Knowledgeable about fire alarm and evacuation procedures.
- Responsible for guests, associates, and hotel assets.
- Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours and work in a restricted space.
- Good vision, including near and far.
- Able to climb stairs.
- Clear, understandable speaking ability and hearing.
- Able to bend, stretch, lift up to 25 pounds.
